“Emmaus International is an international movement unlike any other!!
It has 313 groups spread over 36 countries reaching to the 4 corners of the world and dating back to 1971. The international headquarters is in France. The Emmaus groups work with and for the poorest in society, to fight against the causes of exclusion in a wide variety of different economic and political contexts.”
This is made up of the thousands of men and women whose work is motivated by the simple sentences: ‘serve first those who suffer most’ and ‘fight against the causes of poverty’. This founding principle of the movement is developed by the groups depending on the country and the context. For more information CLICK HERE.
